Student cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of your course. Course materials must be unopened and in original condition to be returned. If these conditions are met a full refund, less a $25 administration fee, will be returned to the student. If we deem the course materials unacceptable for return then the cost of the course materials will also be deducted from the refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations with less than 5 business days’ notice, or for student no shows. In some cases it may be possible to transfer a student’s enrollment to a future course. This will be considered on a case by case basis.

On the Go First Aid makes every effort to conduct courses as scheduled. It is a very rare occurrence that a course would cancel, but we reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, low student enrollment, instructor illness, etc.

If this occurs students will be entitled to a full refund (less the cost of course materials if they are not acceptable for return), and On the Go First Aid will endeavour to reschedule the course as soon as possible.
