Jessica has been teaching first aid since 2003 and has experience teaching many different age groups and in many different environments. In 2012 she completed the Provincial Instructor Diploma Program through Vancouver Community College and she works hard to ensure a comfortable learning environment for everyone in the classroom. Aside from teaching Jessica has been working as a Paramedic with the BC Ambulance Service since 2004 and tries to incorporate real-life experiences into the classroom to enhance student learning!
For some courses we offer a blended learning option which means that part of the class is done online and then part of it is done in class. All first aid courses in the province require you to attend an in-person session - the pre-read just allows us to shorten the time you're in class!
All certificates are valid for 3 years, except the Basic Life Support, which is only valid for 1 year.
Of course! We can travel to any worksite in BC! Keep in mind that we need space to do the training, a minimum of 500sq ft of open floor space is required for most courses. Some exceptions apply - please contact us for details!
