This short two hour session will teach you the most common tips that can save a life!

Overdose Management 

  • Learn how to recognize an overdose
  • When & how to administer Narcan

Massive Bleeding Control

  • When and how to properly apply a tourniquet


  • When and how to do chest compressions and how to do it safely during COVID


This workshop is approximately 2 hours - certificate of participation is provided. Class is taught by a Firefighter/Paramedic with lots of real life experience to help guide your education! Class size is limited and COVID protocols in place. Masks are required to be worn throughout the workshop. Please note there are approximately 20 stairs to reach our classroom and no elevator.
